Autism/ADHD Assessment Clinic
One of the largest barriers for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is accessing assessment. Our Autism/ADHD clinic is led by our psychiatrists and psychology team, who work together to administer gold-standard assessment tools. Our clinic has been designed to meet the high demand for this type of assessment through a two-step process. This will sometimes require review from one of our psychiatrists prior to the initial appointment. This will depend on circumstances and our staff will advise you of this prior to organising an appointment. If you do not require an appointment with our psychiatrists, we will require a referral from your current specialist or GP who can then provide referral for completion of assessment with a psychologist. Once assessment is completed, we can provide you with support through individual therapy or admission to one of our group programs.
Nurse Practitioner Clinic
Our Nurse Practitioner Clinic offers specialized care led by experienced nurse practitioners. We provide comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, medication management, and education for various mental health concerns. With a patient-centered approach, we collaborate with you to create a tailored plan that aligns with your goals.
Trauma Informed Yoga
What is trauma informed yoga? Trauma informed yoga is based upon the understanding that trauma has an impact on the entire mind-body system. We engage in gentle movement that encourages exploration to begin to rebuild trust and connection between the mind and body.
Who is it for? Anyone looking to relax and find inner calm. No prior experience required. It does not matter how fit or flexible you are. May be helpful for those experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation challenges. May not be appropriate for those experiencing active psychosis, intense physical pain, and those under the influence of substances.
Our Trauma Informed Yoga is currently running on a Saturday morning, 9:30am – 10:30am.
